Environmental Horticulture has undergraduate and graduate degree offerings. Undergraduate students may pursue Bachelor's of Science degrees in Horticulture and Turfgrass. Graduate students may pursue either Master's or Doctoral degrees in Plant and Environmental Sciences, as well as Doctoral degrees in Genetics or Food Technology.
