Online Undergraduate Application

Each year, Clemson University receives more applications for admission from students than it can accommodate.  Therefore, admission is reasonably competitive.  A number of factors are taken into consideration in the review of an application.  The importance of the various factors, as well as external issues influencing enrollment, can vary over time.  Prospective students should feel free to contact the Office of Admissions with any specific questions regarding admissions requirements.

Take these steps to apply easily

1. Understand the requirements for admission.
2. Don’t miss application deadlines. They differ depending on if you’re an
   
   • incoming freshman
   • transfer student
   • international student.
3. If applying for financial aid, fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Questions can be directed to the Office of Student Financial Aid.
4. Fill out an application online or request additional information by mail.
