The East Asian Center Mentoring Program
The East Asian Center Mentoring Program (EAC-MP) provides guidance, support, and resource for incoming Asian and Asian American students to adapt to their new college life and experience. New and continuing students are matched and provided with various opportunities to develop relationships as they participate together in social, cultural, and recreational activities, outreach projects, or tutoring. Throughout the year the EAC–MP hosts programs catering specifically to the social and academic needs of incoming CCSU Asian and Asian American students. Through the EAC Mentoring Program new students are given the opportunity to connect with other CCSU students, faculty, and staff and to learn how to get involved with the University campus events and organizations.
