• The Residence Hall Cancellation Form can be found HERE
  • Complete this form if you wish to cancel your housing and you have NOT moved into to your assigned room.
  • Return completed forms to the Residence Life Main Office located in Barrows Hall RM 120, or faxed to (860) 832-1659. 

• The Residence Hall Withdrawl Form can be found HERE 
• Complete this form if you have moved into your current Residence Hall and Room and will be moving off campus. 
• Return completed forms to your building's Area Coordinator/Resident Director.
