Some candidates may have special requirements which make it difficult for them to demonstrate their ability in English. Examples include candidates with a permanent or long-term disability, such as hearing/ sight impairment, dyslexia or a speech impediment; or with short-term difficulties such as a broken arm.
We can make Special Arrangements for them so that they can take the test on an equal footing with other candidates.
The request needs to be supported by original medical documentation (''Povijest bolesti''), which meets the following citeria:
is not older than 2 years and with a diagnosis written in English or LatinThe candidate also needs to fill out a Special Arrangements Request form, which will be emailed to him by the centre.
For IELTS, applications for modified material must be made at least three months in advance of the test date; and for administrative arrangements (i.e. extra time), at least six weeks in advance.
For Cambridge ESOL exams, the request has to be made at least 5 weeks before the registration deadline.
For all other exams, please contact your university/ institution first, to check if such provision would be possible.
