*** UKAV members are required to make a small contribution of 200.000VND for each attendance at the event in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Partners/spouses of members are welcomed to join at a full cost of 700.000VND/each attendance (for buffet dinner). Drinks and other expenses are free.

If you have been studied  in the UK for more than 3 months and have not registered to be our member, you can confirm your attendance by sending the following details to Ms Loan Tran at loan.tran@britishcouncil.org.vn

Please bring with you copy of certificate or confirmation letter of course completion (provided by your university)  when doing registration at Gala. There will be a dedicated table for new members, where you can submit your copy of certificate and collect your invitation. We regret that without this document, we can not accept your registration.

Deadline for confirmation of attendance is 20th Oct for Hanoi and 22nd Oct for HCMC
