British Council IBD Team

Background

This major programme is supported by the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office Global Opportunities Fund and the British Council in partnership with the Vietnam News Agency (VNA). It aims to strengthen the capacity of Vietnamese media through professional training, debating forums and visits to the UK to increase journalistic skills and provide opportunities for open discussion of key international and national issues.

We are very grateful for the excellent professional support of The Thomson Foundation in delivering training courses of the programme.
