The British Council closes direct counselling service about UK education

From 15 December 2010 the British Council will close its daily direct counselling service about UK education (answering face-to-face, telephone and writing enquiries) at our two offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city.

To replace this service we have enhanced the provision of information about UK education on our website at www.educationuk.org/vietnam. Here customers can find general information about the UK education system as well as more detailed information in the FAQ section. The FAQ documents can be downloaded from the website or collected from British Council offices.

Customers can also visit education agents in the British Council Selected Education Agents Network, who are working closely with the British Council to promote UK education, in order to be consulted about UK courses, qualifications and application procedures.

We also run monthly educational events such as institutional presentations and UK Alumni talks; and Education UK exhibitions. These are opportunities for customers to meet and get advice from representatives of UK institutions or the British Council staff.
