HO CHI MINH CITY STUDENT SERVICES EXECUTIVE (FULL TIME & PART TIME POSTS)

The British Council is the United Kingdom's principal organization for educational opportunities and cultural relations and our purpose is to build mutually beneficial relations between people in the UK and in other countries. We are inviting professional and dynamic candidates for the following posts based in Teaching Centre Ho Chi Minh City:

Full-time Student Services Executive (37.5 hours/week): 1 post

Part-time Student Services Executive (20 hours/week): 1 post

You will provide teaching centre information, services and administrative support to students, parents and teachers in the delivery of English Language Training at Partner Premises in HCMC. Duties include:

• Carry out administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation and high quality of delivery of English Language Training at Partner premises
• Share duty officer role with Partner Premises co-ordinator
• Provide information services to students and parents
• Share in the support business development through marketing and customer focussed activity
• Share support for registration,  language assessment and financial and administrative services with student services and customer services team

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong evidence of competencies and similar experience in:

• Team working skills: Ensuring that others benefit as well as me
• Being accountable: Delivering my best work in order to meet my commitments
• Making it happen: Delivering clear results for the British Council
• Holding a first degree
• Excellent English and Vietnamese spoken and written skills.  English at CEF level B2 (IELTS level 5.5 or BULATS 3) minimum
• Ability to use MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Explorer) to a good standard
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in customer orientated environment with high ability to work with different group of people
• Regular evening work unsocial hours required: some late evenings until 10pm and full weekends

Gross salary following British Council local Grade H (US$648 per month for the full time post, US$343 per month for the part time post
