Richard is the Deputy Director of the British Council USA and is responsible for strategic direction of the education portfolio. Over the last 15 years with the British Council, his previous postings include: East Asia (China), South America (Colombia), and Europe (Poland).
Richard previously worked at Channel 5 Television in London and as a Teacher of English in Uganda.
