Meghan Steed is currently Head of Partnerships, West Coast in Los Angeles, and is also serving as the Acting Executive Director for the Friends of the British Council. Meghan works as a member of the US and global partnerships teams to develop strategy around the partnerships agenda, and to strengthen relationships between US organizations and our global programs. She has represented the British Council at many conferences on both higher education partnerships and the British Council's Climate Change work. Meghan has extensive experience working in management and fundraising in the non-profit and education sectors. She holds an M.S.Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. from Hamilton College.
