โครงการทูตเยาวชนนักกฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาไทยคืออะไร
โครงการทูตเยาวชนนักกฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาไทยเป็นโครงการที่มุ่งเสริมสร้างความตระหนักให้เยาวชนไทยเห็นความสำคัญและคุณประโยชน์ขององค์ความรู้ทางทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาทั้งในเชิงกฎหมายและการบริหารจัดการ และเพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายนักศึกษาสายนิติศาสตร์ที่มีความสนใจในด้านทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยต่าง ๆ เพิ่มขึ้น
โครงการนี้จัดขึ้นภายใต้ความร่วมมือกันระหว่างบริติช เคานซิล ศาลทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและการค้าระหว่างประเทศกลาง ศูนย์พันธุวิศวกรรมและเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพแห่งชาติ (BIOTEC) และทรูวิชั่นส์ พร้อมด้วยการสนับสนุนจากสถานเอกอัครทูตอังกฤษประจำประเทศไทย สถาบันอาหาร ชมรมผู้พิพากษาสมทบในศาลทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและการค้าระหว่างประเทศกลาง และบริษัทกฎหมายที่มีชื่อเสียง อาทิ Baker & McKenzie, Norton Rose, Rouse & Co. International, Siam Premier และ Tilleke & Gibbins
