‘IDEATORS’ is a unique reality TV show with an innovative approach to promoting graduate entrepreneurship in Sri Lanka. It brings together two teams of undergraduates from the UK and Sri Lanka to compete on a series of real-life enterprise challenges to test their entrepreneurial skills. The viewers who are expected to be largely young people will gain firsthand insight into the real demands of the modern workplace and will also be inspired by the exciting television experience to improve their entrepreneurial and employability skills and become young entrepreneurs.
