BACKGROUND
Students of Trinity College Junior School, Kandy, Sri Lanka and Old Earth Primary School, Elland, West Yorkshire exchanged booklets about themselves, their School life and their families. The Projects were displayed in the respective Partner schools.
OBJECTIVES
The main objective of this project was to have a developing and understanding different cultures and the life styles of the students in partner schools and also to accept and Respect the two cultures in the two countries.
ACTIVITIES
The students wrote about themselves, their family, hobbies, sports and pets. Photographs and drawings were included in their booklets. The booklets were exchanged within the Partner Schools and the students enjoyed reading and compared the life styles of them to their partner country.
