CONFERENCE CHALLENGE
The prospect of economic and social prosperity lies ahead for Sri Lanka. But the real challenge is to create a skilled workforce who can meet the demands of the industrial sectors. How can Sri Lanka’s business organisations connect with the training providers and the government to develop skilled workers to meet their HR demands?
