The Hornby Trust has called for applications for ONE long term scholarship for a year's course in ELT in the UK.
This flexible and accessible award from Cambridge University focuses on the core teaching knowledge needed by teachers, whatever your background and teaching experience.
If you'd like to teach English to adult learners, CELTA is the best known and most widely taken initial 'TESOL/TEFL' qualification of its kind in the world.
You should take DELTA if you already have substantial teaching experience and are looking for further career progression.
Teacher Training Workshops
British Council workshops can be taken individually or built up to form a teacher training modular course. We can also offer tailor made courses on different areas of English language teaching.
