Only one copy of the Test Report Form will be issued for each candidate, and up to 5 copies can be sent to receiving institutions. The receiving institutions can also verify a candidate’s results through IELTS Test Report Form Verification Service. For the issue of an additional Test Report Form after the exam it is necessary to submit a completed Application for the Issue of Additional TRFs (PDF).
