This month we look at a recovery tool for athletes developed at Loughborough University, the HQ for the London 2012 Olympic Games Team GB. Dr Vern Neville spent over 10 years analysing the training patterns of elite athletes and was inspired to develop a recovery tool after becoming injured from over-training himself.
