On 13 March 2013 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov and the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs of the United Kingdom, William Hague signed a Joint Statement designating 2014 as the bilateral UK/Russia Year of Culture.
30 March 2013 is the first night of Selector Live, a series of parties devoted to British music today, co-hosted by the British Council and the club Solyanka.
