If you are unhappy with your results you may apply for an Enquiry on Results procedure within 4 weeks of issue of results.
You can choose to have one or more test module/s re-marked.
For this you would have to complete a form (please contact us by phone, e-mail or in person) and pay a fee of £60. The fee is the same, no matter how many modules are re-marked.
The full fee will be refunded if a result is changed to a higher band score. The re-mark is done in London by trained clerical markers and Cambridge ESOL-appointed senior examiners.
