Individual registration for yle testHOW CAN I REGISTER MY CHILD FOR YLE?
In order to register your child for this test
please follow the procedures below:
1. Read the YLE regulations carefully.
2. Complete the Individual Entry Form clearly in capital letters:
- Gdansk Individual Entry Form,
- Krakow Individual Entry Form,
- Lublin Individual Entry Form,
- Poznan Individual Entry Form,
- Warsaw Individual Entry Form,
- Wroclaw Individual Entry Form
3. Deposit the exam fee for the level you want to register your child for. The exam fee can be paid in the following ways:
a) by credit card in the British Council offices in Warsaw and Kraków or
b) by bank transfer:

IMPORTANT:
When completing the section of your payment slip or bank transfer entitled "Tytułem" use the following descriptions: YLE/Exam level/city, in which the child will sit the test/ Candidate’s Name and Surname
e.g.: YLE/STARTERS/WARSAW/PAWEŁ KOMAR.
4. No later than the last day of registration written in the below table deliver the Individual Entry Form together with the proof of payment by e-mail, fax or post to the exam centre where the child will sit the test ( Gdansk, Krakow, Lublin, Poznan, Warsaw ,or Wroclaw). The Entry Form should be filled in clearly in capital letters and signed by a parent or legal guardian.

In the case of disabled children or children who require special arrangements (e.g. visualy impaired, hard of hearing or dyslexic) it is possible to adjust the test session to meet the candidate’s. The request for special arrangements should be reported by the parent at the time of registration and an appropriate medical certificate, issued by a doctor or psychologist, submitted to the British Council. In case of children who need modified test materials, e.g. enlarged question papers, the request together with the medical certificate should be delivered to the British Council no later than 6 weeks before the test date.
