The Teacher Portfolio was designed by Cambridge ESOL to help you record and reflect on your work as a teacher.
To register your student for the Cambridge ESOL examinations you should submit:
1. the original copy of the Block Entry Form with the following data filled in:
2. Special Arrangements Form (for disabled and dyslexic students) with certificate issued by specialist attached.
3. ORIGINAL proof of payment. If payment is made by students the individual payment slips should arranged in the same order as names on the Block Entry Form. The original payment slips are returned to the institution representative immediately after registration.
