A newly launched short message service (SMS) enabled private candidates, who sat for their Cambridge exams in May/June 2011, to get their provisional results from 07.00 PST on 11 August 2011. No registration was required for availing the service and results were sent to a candidate’s mobile, which was provided to the British Council at the time of exam registration.

School candidates received their results from their respective schools in the normal way.
