Global Xchange
This volunteer exchange programme is run with the Voluntary Service Overseas and enables young UK and overseas participants to live and work in host communities.
Youth in Action
This project gives young people from disadvantaged backgrounds the chance to experience other cultures through group exchanges, youth initiatives and voluntary service. It also trains people working in the youth sector.
Active Citizens
This programme helps leaders of communities, youth organisations, women’s and faith groups gain an international perspective on their valuable work, while also contributing to social research.
Global Changemakers
This project funds, trains, mentors and links young community activists in a sustainable global network, thus increasing their ability to meet global challenges.
DfID Community Links
This project allows community groups who have a twinning arrangement with another group in a developing country to apply for up to £10,000 to involve members of their wider community in development.
