If your email isn't delivered or you don't get a response
If you don't receive a response
We deal with a high volume of complex enquiries and our corporate standard is to answer 85% of emails within 3 working days. If you've not received a reply it may be that your email has been incorrectly blocked by our filtering system but it might also just be that it's taking some time to answer.
If you've not received a reply after 5 working days then please forward your original email to noresponse@britishcouncil.org
If you don't have your original email then please give the date you sent it and the subject instead. Please also state the email address you sent it to.
Important: You must put the following word in the subject of your email: Green. If you do not do this, your email will be automatically deleted
