Wireless IELTS in Beirut

The use of wireless headsets was successfully launched with 55 candidates in the last IELTS session in Beirut.

With an early morning start, invigilators made sure that all materials were ready and tested before the day of the exam. The quality of service had to be up to standards and all preparations had to reassure our candidates that we were ready to embed technology and deliver the best service.

‘I liked the use of the headsets, they were clear and private,’ as one of the candidates wrote on his evaluation sheet.

Other candidates assured us that, ‘The headsets worked well and provided a clear sound.’

Some felt that it was a good initiative helping them to focus, ‘The listening test using the headsets was very good because you don't have anything to disturb you.’

A lot of other positive feedback encouraged us to keep using this improved technology to deliver a good quality service and satisfy our customers.

Using wireless headsets has finally solved a major issue of the IELTS listening test that was a continuous problem for candidates who are now able to control it at their own convenience.
