A pretty comprehensive resource site that features a large number of lesson plans which can be downloaded in pdf format, useful teaching tips that go into a bit more depth than is customary, useful information on phonology, and articles on a wide range of ELT issues.

There is a lesson share section where teachers can share lesson plans with a competition for best lessons each month. There are lots of activities with worksheets to download for business, ESP, exams and young learner lessons. The section on Jobs is divided into geographical areas and there are new articles each month of interest to teachers.
