REPLACEMENT TEST REPORT FORM (TRF)

If you have lost your IELTS Test Report Form (TRF), then we can issue a replacement TRF. The charge for issuing replacement TRF is NPR 2000.

You need to submit following documents to the British Council:

letter (hardcopy) from the candidate stating the reason (in detail) of loss
police report
photocopy of TRF
photocopy of passport (front and back page) for ID verification purpose
payment slip (payment to be made in Standard Chartered bank counter at the British Council)

After the verification of these documents, a replacement TRF will be issued within two weeks.

Note: replacement TRFs will not be issued for exams taken before 2 years.
