According to the ‘National Student Survey’ conducted by the Higher Education Funding Council for England, education in UK is cost effective for international students at degree level.
'This survey is fantastic news for international students considering studying in the UK. The results show that students are in general very satisfied with the quality of their UK course and teaching. There are some areas for improvement, however UK colleges and universities are listening to their students and striving to improve standards" said Pat Killingley, Director of Higher Education at the British Council.
The survey was conducted amongst students at higher education institutions (HEIs) and further education colleges (FECs) in the UK. Around 265,000 final-year students responded to the survey, from 154 HEIs and 99 FECs from across the UK. Respondents included students from the UK and EU as well as international students.
