Registration
To register for a course new students need to take a placement test to assess their level of English. This is by appointment, for your convenience. To book your placement test, please contact our Customer Services Team on 24681000. Our opening hours are Saturday to Wednesday 0800 to 1930.

Cambridge CELTA
The Cambridge CELTA is a teacher training course for those who wish to pursue a career in teaching English to speakers of other languages. It is run by experienced teacher-trainers at the British Council, Muscat and is internationally recognised.

Placement testing for IELTS Preparation courses takes place on Sundays and Tuesday between 1300 and 1500. Please call our Customer Service Team to make an appointment.
The British Council reserves the right to cancel or postpone any of the above courses for administrative reasons at short notice. Please be aware of this when booking your examination date and allow yourself plenty of time to prepare.
