UCAS applications and important deadlines
- UCAS applications begin from 1 September 2009
- 15 September to 15 January 2010 is the first deadline to apply
- 16 January to 30 June 2010 is second deadline to apply
- 15 October is the deadline for applications to Oxford or Cambridge universities
- 15 October is the deadline for applications to Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Medicine/Science
- Candidates applying for Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Science must also take the additional tests of BMAT www.bmat.org.uk or UKCAT www.ukcat.ac.uk
- Candidates applying for Law may need to take the additional LNAT test www.lnat.ac.uk depending on the university they apply to.
