A fantastic opportunity to win a unique award of travel and education

If you are a student in Hong Kong studying a UK undergraduate degree, then you may qualify to compete in the transnational education student awards

• How has UK transnational education improved your future prospects?
• Have you played an active role in your community and social environment?
• What are your aspirations to contribute as a global citizen?
• How will your academic discipline / field of study address global and civic challenges of tomorrow?

If you can answer these questions, you may win a study visit to the UK.  Winners will receive:

• Return air flights to the UK
• Accommodation of up to three months
• Attendance to a course / module at your home UK university
• Certificate of Award from the British Council

Who can enter?

1. Applicants of current full or part time students on an undergraduate programme* delivered in Hong Kong and leading to a UK degree award
2. Hong Kong Permanent Residents
3. Residing in Hong Kong at the time of application
4. Applicants should have a good academic track record and be expecting at least second class honours in their degree.

*In Hong Kong, TNE courses must be regulated under the Non-local Higher and Professional Education (Regulation) Ordinance.

6th February - Student application submission deadline
16th February - Applications shortlisted and invited to interview/presentation stage
23rd to 29th February - Interview and presentation stage
5th March - TNE Student Award winners decided

One academic reference letter Original letter in sealed envelope, preferably from faculty or administration of your current UK TNE course
Hong Kong identity card Photocopy
Academic certificates Photocopy
Academic transcripts Photocopy
Enrolment letter Email or letter acknowledging your current enrolment in the UK TNE programme
