The Teacher Development Unit provides English Language Teacher Training and consultancy services for schools, colleges and other educational institutions as well as programmes for individuals seeking professional development and qualifications.

School-based teacher training
We deliver training for English language teachers in primary and secondary schools or tertiary education institutions. Networking, teaching ideas and resources

Hong Kong English Language Teachers’ Network
Join a network of over 1000 practising English language teachers in Hong Kong. Free workshops at the British Council and our English Online website will give you opportunities to network with other English language teaching professionals, exchange teaching ideas and experience and discover or share innovative teaching materials and techniques.
