The Cambridge First Certificate in English (FCE) is an upper-intermediate level exam. Candidates are expected to demonstrate their ability to use English for a variety of everyday purposes including work and study.
Our FCE preparation course will improve your ability to:
read extracts from books, magazines and newspapers and understand the gist, detailed information and text structure
write letters, articles, reports, compositions and reviews
accurately complete a variety of tasks at sentence and whole text level such as gap-filling and word transformation exercises
understand gist, main points and specific information when listening to English in a range of contexts including interviews, discussions, lectures and conversations
speak English fluently and interact in conversational English in a variety of contexts.

Course Requirements Candidates possess a narrow fail in a recent FCE (2011)

The Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) is an advanced level exam. Candidates are expected to demonstrate their ability to use English effectively and communicate confidently in a range of situations including social, professional and educational contexts.
Our CAE preparation course will improve your ability to:
read extracts from books, magazines and newspapers; understand the gist, main points, detail, specific information, and text structure; deduce meaning and recognise opinion and attitude
write letters, articles, reports, compositions and reviews
accurately complete a variety of tasks at sentence and whole text level such as gap-filling, error correction, word formation and register transfer exercises
understand gist and main points, extract detailed and specific information, and identify speakers’ attitudes and opinions when listening to English in a range of contexts including interviews, discussions, lectures and conversations
speak English fluently and interact in conversational English in a variety of contexts.

The Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) is the highest level of the Cambridge exams and is for learners who have reached a standard of English close to that of an educated native speaker of English. Candidates are expected to demonstrate their ability to function effectively in almost any English-speaking context.
Our CPE preparation course will improve your ability to:
read extracts from books, journals, magazines and newspapers; understand meaning at word, phrase, sentence, paragraph and whole text level; understand text content, organisation and structure and understand the development of ideas, opinions and attitudes
write letters, articles, reports, compositions and reviews
accurately complete a variety of tasks at word, sentence and whole text level such as gap-filling, word formation, comprehension and summary writing exercises
understand gist and main points, extract detailed and specific information, and identify speakers’ attitudes and opinions when listening to English in a range of contexts including interviews, discussions, lectures and conversations
speak English fluently and interact in conversational English in a variety of contexts.
