Urban Heritage Preservation: Identity and Spirit of Old Tbilisi is an 11-month cooperation project between three European cultural operators (British Council, Goethe Institute, Norwegian Directorate for Cultural Heritage Preservation) and two Georgian partners (Georgian Arts and Culture Center (GACC) and Georgian National Committee of International Council On Monuments and Sites  (ICOMOS Georgia).

We plan to hold a large policy dialogue conference, a workshop and a competition for arts students, an exhibition, and study-tours to the UK, Germany and Norway. Materials of the project will be published and distributed to local experts as well as governmental and international organisations.
