The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire;
  • shell stand, facia board, table, two chairs, sockets;
  • PR campaign: advertising on British Council webpage, local newspapers, printing and distribution of flyers;
  • market briefing, reception, refreshments;
  • full programme and local transport;
  • management of the event.

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Visa requirements
Visas are required for all delegates attending this event.

British Nationals wishing to apply for a visa through the British Council must send, via e-mail to Sally Aly, copying in Laura Hine, a scanned copy of the following, to arrive no later than 30 August 2007:

  • the photograph page of the delegate's passport who the visa is to be issued to;
  • a passport-sized photograph of the delegate.
