The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire;
  • 3 metres by 2 metres stand, white fascia board with institution name in blue vinyl sticker, two four-foot fluorescent lights behind fascia board, one 13 amp single phase power point, one table with two chairs;
  • PR campaign including advertising on web, in local newspapers and magazines, as well as posters, schools visits and flyers to be distributed to local schools, educational institutions and ministries;
  • market briefing;
  • reception to meet other delegates, British Council representatives, school counsellors and head teachers;
  • forum lunch with key local contacts in the education sector to provide a networking opportunity;
  • tea and coffee during the exhibition;
  • discounted hotel rates.

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
