ARTISTIC POLICY
The Royal Shakespeare Company’s (RSC) principle objectives, laid down in the Royal Charter, are to conserve, advance, and disseminate the dramatic heritage of Shakespeare, and to advance and improve dramatic art throughout the world. The RSC produces and presents dramatic performances of all kinds, including productions of plays by Shakespeare, by other classic playwrights, and new plays. Alongside the performances are educational activities for schools, colleges and communities.
