ASSOCIATION OF CHARTERED CERTIFIED ACCOUNTANTS (ACCA)
Completing the ACCA professional qualification equips candidates with an in-depth knowledge of accounting techniques and principles, management skills and IT, which will enable them to work in any area of finance. The examinations are based on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), making the qualification globally relevant.
ACCA offers three qualifications
Written examinations are held twice a year in June and December; computer-based examinations are held throughout the year. The next examination session is in December 2010 at the British Council, Cairo. For further information visit: ACCA website or the British Council
