Project Managers' Calendar

The DelPHE annual reporting cycle runs from September to August. All projects are required to complete annual reporting requirements as per deadlines listed below. Please refer to the project toolkit for detail and examples of how to complete each report. It is the responsibility of the lead partner to collate and submit all required information on time to the appropriate British Council overseas office. The lead partner must also confirm receipt of all project funds within 2 weeks of financial remittances sent by the British Council. This is a mandatory financial audit requirement. Failure to complete stated reports and confirm receipt of funds within stated deadlines may lead to funding being withdrawn.

Deadlines for 2012-13

28 February Final deadline for submitting mid year financial report
March British Council to release project funding for March to August activity (subject to satisfactory report)
January - May Country case studies commissioned and undertaken
March-June Project case studies development
31 August Final deadline for submitting annual activity and financial project plan
September onwards British Council to release project funding for September to March activity (subject to satisfactory reports).
31 October British Council internal programme management report due
30 November Country summary reports due
December 2012 Mid-term finance report due
January-February 2013 Disbursement of final grant instalment and submission of end-of-project reports from Round 5 partnerships
March 2013 DelPHE projects complete their activity and final reports submitted by end month. Extension requests will not be considered.
June 2013 Programme closes.
