Project summary: This project brings together a team of academic staff from the participating Universities to develop teaching and learning skills within the Iraqi Universities.

Project summary: This project helps to maintain clinical pharmacy training for fifth year students at the college of pharmacy and provide services for hospitals in Sulaimania.

Project summary: This project is comparing the current medical education aspects in Al Kufa medical school to that in Leicester Medical School with a plan of introducing gradual change in all these areas.

Project summary: This project aims to enhance and enrich the existing syllabi and broaden the research capacity within the fields of design and sustainability in connection with the built environment. Building capacity of Iraqi academics in peace-building instruction and practice

Project summary: The Centre for Global Affairs at NYU’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies and UD’s Peace and Conflict Studies program is conducting a two-year program to enhance the capacity of ten Iraqi instructors to teach about peace-building and conflict resolution theories and practices.

Project summary: This project is working to establish a Built Environment Centre of Excellence (CEBE) at the University of Basra in line with the Built Environment Centre at the University of Salford.

Summary: This project is training Iraqi academics how to design and implement a system for quality assurance in higher education, with special concentration on Salahaddin University. Legal and Human Rights Capacity Building in Higher Education: Joint initiative between the University of Duhok and Middlesex University

Project summary: This project helps further the professional development of Kurdish academic law faculty through the transfer of gained expertise, necessary knowledge and skills from Middlesex university faculty and staff to University of Duhok’s College of Law faculty, through the development of an LLM programme focusing on Human Rights Law.
