DelPHE-Iraq project reporting

This section provides information on how to report on the progress of your DelPHE-Iraq project. The information you provide helps us to develop best practice and to measure project progress against objectives. If you are managing a DelPHE-Iraq project you will need to submit a visit report following each visit, a progress report and an end of project report. You can download the report templates below.

Visit report

Please complete a visit report each time you visit Iraq, the UK or another country to run a project activity. Please send the completed report to the DelPHE-Iraq team.

Progress report

Please complete your progress report jointly, with input from all partners. The UK partner should submit the completed form to the DelPHE-Iraq team. Please note that the deadline for submitting this report is different for round one and round two projects.

• Round one projects should submit a progress report and an updated activity and financial plan by 29 April 2011.  Download the round one progress report template here.

• Round two projects should submit a progress report and an updated activity and financial plan by 30 May 2011. Download the round two progress report template here.

End of project report

Please complete your end of project report with input from all partners. The UK partner should submit the completed form to the DelPHE-Iraq team. Please note that the deadline for submitting this report is different for round one and round two projects.

• Round one projects should submit an end of project report and a final activity and financial report by 9 March 2012. Download the round one end of project report template here.

• Round two projects should submit an end of project report and a final activity and financial report by 31 January 2012. Download the round two end of project report template here.
