We value your opinion of our people, work, website, programmes, products and services. If you would like to make a comment or complaint about us you can do this in one of two ways below.

We deal with all comments and complaints seriously. We promise that we will treat your comment or complaint fairly and impartially.
We will not treat you differently because you have made a complaint. We will not discriminate against you on the basis of your age, disability, ethnicity, gender, religion, belief, sexual orientation or any other irrelevant ground.
We aim to respond to you promptly – regardless of the subject matter, the way in which you contact us or the country in which your comment or complaint is made.
If we are unable to respond at the first point of contact, we aim to deal with your comment or complaint within ten working days of receipt. If it will take longer than this, we will inform you of any delay.
OUR STAFF IN HAVANA
Country Director: Frank Fitzpatrick
Frank has worked for the British Council for over 20 years in Peru, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece and Macedonia. His background is in Linguistics and language teaching, but he has also managed projects across the full range of British Council activity. He has a particular interest in communication across cultures.
Project Delivery Manager: Laura Perez
Laura manages our office science, education and arts projects. She joined the British Council in February 2008. She has worked as an English and Spanish Teacher and Interpreter, as well as a Management Assistant for the British Embassy in Havana.
Resources Officer: Maria Teresa de la Guardia
Tere joined the British Council in 2004 after having worked in the fields of Finance and IT for several companies like Aquagame, Grupo Industrial Marítimo S.A. and the Travel Agency Fantastico, among others.
Project Officer: Sandra del Pino
Sandra manages IELTS Exams and supports project work. She is an experienced English teacher who has taught at several cuban universities and at the Training Centre of the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Trade.
