Welcome to British Council Connect Youth
British Council Connect Youth is the UK's National Agency for the Youth in Action Programme. Along with the European Commission, our aim is to help young people to discover Europe. On our site you will find information about Youth Exchanges, Youth Initiatives and Youth Democracy Projects; European Voluntary Service, Youth in the World and Youth Support Systems
Due to budget restrictions and current requirements of specially focused projects we will not be able to consider applications seeking grant-in-aid funds for Bilateral or Special Projects. However, it may be possible to consider particularly focused youth initiatives after discussions in the early stages of the project development. Priority will be given to projects that reflect intercultural learning, develop competencies and skills in non-formal education and explore themes such as Climate Change.
