Selection process in China

1 July 2007 - Deadline for applications submission

2-6 July 2007 – Regional short listing, with 2-3 candidates selected to be interviewed

11- 12 July 2007 – Interview, each short listed candidate will be interviewed and asked to make a presentation

13 July 2007 – final winner for China announced

Application procedure

All the information and the application form will be available from British Council offices. You can also find more information on our website and download the application form from here.

This award programme is open to all qualified candidates throughout China. We welcome applicants from other cities. Want to know which region you belong to? Please check out below:

Beijing region:
Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Henan, Shandong, Gansu, Ningxia, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Tibet, Hubei

Shanghai region:
Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui and Zhejiang

Guangzhou region:
Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Hainan and Hunan

Chongqing region:
Chongqing, Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou.

Kind reminder:

If you are short listed for the second round interview, which happens on 11 & 12 July, city to be confirmed, you will need to make sure you are available on these two days. The organiser will cover the travel cost.
