Higher Education Links Scheme is funded by the UK Government’s Department for International Development (DFID), involves collaboration between at least two higher education institutions, and is intended to assist in the development of curriculum, teaching, research or management capacity and promote science and technology related knowledge and skills. Development Partnerships in Higher Education (DELPHE)

The UK Government's Department for International Development (DfID) is investing up to £3 million a year in a new Development Partnerships in Higher Education programme (DelPHE), which will run for a seven year period, from June 2006 to March 2013. Read more.
