Mag. Stefan BernhardtMag. Stefan Bernhardt is the Head of the Public Relations department of the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) since February 2004. He has experience as a university assistant and in higher education management. For nearly four years he was Head of the administrative department Information Management of the Rundfunk und Telekom Regulierung GmbH (Broadcasting and Telecommunications Regulations Corporation) in Vienna.

Univ. Prof. Dr. Christoph Kratky studied Chemistry at the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule in Zürich (Switzerland). Presently he is professor for Physical Chemistry at the University of Graz, where he is leading the working group on Structural Chemistry. Kratky has been a member of the Austrian Academy of Science since 1998 and was elected President of the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) in 2005.

Dr. Gabriele Zuna-Kratky has been Director of the Technical Museum in Vienna since January 2000. Apart from Management functions she is primarily dealing with fundraising and co-operation. Zuna-Kratky has a PhD in Philosphy and has been working for the Austrian Ministry for Education (Department School TV/Radio and media education). Some of her functions include Member of the Austrian Council for Research and Technology Development, Councillor at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, Member of the board of trustees of the German Museum Munich and Member of the foundation board of the Technical Museum Berlin.
