Eddie Ladd creates culturally-located, site-specific, and theatre-based works. Her bilingual performances (Welsh and English) mix movement, text, music, and imagery with new technologies.

CURRENT PRODUCTIONS
Bobby Sands was a runner when a teenager. Performed on a large running machine, the piece considers the long-distance goals of running and resistance. (50 mins, 1 on stage, 3 on the road.)

Tribute to Brian de Palma’s 1983 gangster film, performed against chromakey with the performer mixed live into video backgrounds and the result projected onto a cinema-sized screen. (45 mins, 1 on stage, 3 on the road.)

Short and basic version of . Performed to a synopsis of the plot, it is a no-technology attempt on filmic effects and the theatrics of the gangster genre. (12 mins, 2 on stage, 3 on the road.)
