Climate change is now recognised as the biggest challenge facing the world and its impact will affect us all. Mankind's role in contributing to climate change is now indisputable.
The British Council believes that young people are key to raising awareness and finding sustainable solutions to tackle climate change.
This is why Climate Generation has been developed, to support young climate activists (Climate Champions), passionate and committed, who lead by example and influence their communities.
What is Climate Generation?
A project aimed at young positive activists who are already involved in implementing projects that address issues which raise awareness of, adapt to, and mitigate climate change.
Through Climate Generation, taking place in 60 countries worldwide, we aim to generate awareness about climate change, reduce its impact and modify future generations’ habits.
