What are Online Resources?

Our collection of online resources, called Athens, is an integral part of our membership package that gives you the option to use them from your home, work or from our Internet centre if you do not have a computer and Internet connection. It means that you get unlimited access to specialised online encyclopaedias, dictionaries, e-books, e-databases and learning guides.

What is Athens?

Athens is an online access system that allows full use of online resources. Athens keeps access to our multiple resources simple because you have a single password sign-on. In other words, you only need one username and password to access many of our resources.

How do I get access to Online Resources?

When you get the email with your username and password, just log on to http://www.athensams.net/myathens and you can immediately start browsing series of exciting and useful online resources.Simply enter your personalised username and password.

Please use these pages to read and learn more about all the online resources we have prepared for you. Apart from the general information, you will find directions as to where to find additional help or even to download the step-by-step guides about that particular resource.
